Kids Yoga

Adult Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Mondays @ 6pm

Come Join Betsy Cantrall every first monday of the month starting February 3rd, 2025. Betsy will guide us in yoga poses, meditation & breath work that will nourish your mind, body & spirit, and finish with a sound bowl healing experience.

Tiny Asanas Infant Massage

Classes led by a certified yoga and massage instructor, lactation consultant, and infant development specialist.

Join us for a special Infant Massage class offering at The Enchanted Treehouse in Solana Beach, CA! Experience the joy of bonding with your baby through gentle movements, stretches, and massage techniques in a warm and supportive environment.

The Chatterbugs class helps children develop early language skills through fun activities, songs, and stories. Designed to build vocabulary and boost confidence, this class encourages communication and social interaction in a playful, supportive environment.
