Back To School Calming Toolkit Workshop

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where kids will:
Take ownership of their sensory needs by choosing and designing their own personalized calming tool kit to use at school or home.
Explore Interoception Concepts — learning to understand their own body and emotions through playful body scans and engaging activities.
Everyone will make and take home their own kit of sensory toys, empowering them to manage stress in healthy ways to prepare for a great year at school!

Superhero Playdate

Tap into your own superhero powers!
There’s a reason children of all generations gravitate towards superheroes winning over bad guys. This workshop combines pretend play with a superhero theme and social and sensory regulation coaching so kids conquer their challenges and thrive.

The Chatterbugs class helps children develop early language skills through fun activities, songs, and stories. Designed to build vocabulary and boost confidence, this class encourages communication and social interaction in a playful, supportive environment.
