• Registration Form and Waiver
  A registration form and waiver must be completed by parents or legal guardians
  for each child before accessing the play area.
  

• Play Area Rules —

  No Outside Food or Drink
  Water only! No food or sugary drinks are allowed in the play area unless
  approved by supervising staff. We want to keep our space clean and safe for
  everyone!
  

• Personal Belongings
  The Enchanted Treehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please
  keep your belongings secure so you can focus on having fun!
  

• Communication Procedures
  — Buzzer System
  Parents must keep their assigned buzzer accessible during Play Pal supervised sessions.
  
  You will be buzzed if:
  • Your child experiences an injury requiring parental presence (e.g., cuts,
  bruises).
  • Your child shows signs of illness, including unusual behavior, elevated
  temperature, persistent coughing, constant runny nose, or other
  concerning symptoms.
  

• Refunds
  Full Refund: For a full refund, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your
  appointment. sometimes kids wake up feeling under the
  weather! If your little one isn’t feeling well, just call us, and we’ll happily
  reschedule your appointment or issue a gift card. Your child’s safety and
  happiness are our top priorities!
  

• Photography

  Photography is allowed, but please respect the privacy of other guests and
  have fun capturing those playful moments!
  

• Special Accommodations
  We’re committed to creating an inclusive experience for every family! If
  your child has special needs, please reach out to us, and let us know how we

  can do our best to accommodate your family.
  

• Pets

  Pets are not allowed in our play space, but we welcome service animals!
